We offer small-group classes, where you can choose from Yoga, Stretching & Posture, or Pilates, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience.

 

All of our classes—whether private, semi-private, or group—are led by highly trained professionals specialized in Pilates.

Yoga

​

Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body, with concentration, meditation, postures and breathing. The health benefits of regular yoga practice include lowering blood pressure, improving posture and circulation, and increasing strength and flexibility. It is the union of your mind, body and spirit.​​​​​

Posture & â€‹â€‹â€‹Stretching

Posture and stretching classes are group fitness sessions designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. With carefully structured exercises and progressions tailored to each participant’s needs, these classes help prevent injuries, reduce muscle stiffness, and promote overall well-being. Suitable for young people, adults, and older adults alike, they support better posture, joint health, balance, and circulation — enhancing daily movement, reducing the risk of falls, and improving overall quality of life.

Pilates Mat

​

Pilates is a full-body workout that focuses on slow, controlled, and precise movements to lengthen muscles, strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, and restore balance. Exercises are performed on a mat, sometimes incorporating small equipment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates helps improve posture, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. For older adults, it can enhance joint mobility, improve coordination and balance, reduce the risk of falls, and alleviate muscle stiffness—promoting greater ease in daily movements and a better quality of life.

Private & semi-private sessions
by appointment

On private sessions, we offer one-on-one training sessions, allowing you to fully benefit from top-quality Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, and Barrel, as well as small equipment for added variety.

 

For those who prefer a shared experience, we provide semi-private sessions, where you train alongside one or two other participants.

Reformer

 Reformer classes offer a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, enhances body awareness, and helps you achieve your fitness goals using the resistance of the reformer machine. This dynamic practice sculpts and tones lean muscles, improves posture, balance, and flexibility, and corrects muscle imbalances while relieving tension for optimal movement and well-being.

Whatever the age, the benefits are global—Reformer Pilates supports joint health, increases mobility, and enhances coordination, reducing the risk of falls and improving overall stability. The controlled movements and adjustable resistance make it a safe and effective option for maintaining strength and independence at any stage of life.
